Reiter Partnerschaft is growing

Mainz, 9 January 2019 – The Mainz law firm for tax and legal advice Reiter Partnerschaft mbB is gaining another partner, thus continuing its own growth path step by step. Since 1 January 2019, Jacob Senftinger has joined as an additional lawyer. The 34-year-old Senftinger already brings with him seven years of experience as an in-house legal counsel. He worked as a direct contact person for the Management Board of a holding company in the IoT industry with numerous medium-sized national and international subsidiaries.

Senftinger previously worked as in-house legal counsel of a stock corporation listed in the Prime Standard. He was responsible for providing legal advice to the Group’s Executive Management and the individual operating subsidiaries from the Internet of Things (IoT), digitalization and Industry 4.0 sectors. In the future, he will be advising our clients at the Mainz office primarily in corporate law, general commercial and business law as well as in IT and data protection law. He advises domestic and foreign companies, shareholders, managing directors and board members in these areas. The new partner strengthens the portfolio of the boutique in the area of ​​commercial and corporate law advice. The clients now benefit from a complete range of tax and business law advisory services and the partners extended, long-term network.

Reiter Partnerschaft mbB stands for tradition and future. In 2016, Dr. Peter Reiter the son of the firms founder Peter W. Reiter joined Reiter Partnerschaft mbB. Dr. Reiter had previously worked for several years as a specialist tax lawyer and tax consultant for Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. With the entry of Senftinger, three partners are now involved in the firm and its sustainable growth will be continued.
